Terms & Conditions of booking
Creaetica S.L. (hereinafter “the Company”) is a company registered in Spain. These terms and conditions govern participation in workshops organized by the Company. By booking, the client accepts the following:
Booking and Payment

To reserve a place, the Client must complete the registration process.

A non-refundable booking fee of 30% of the total cost is due upon registration.

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 8 weeks before the start date of the workshop.

Bookings made less than 8 weeks before the start date must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Failure to pay the balance by the deadline may result in cancellation, in which case the booking fee will not be refunded.
Cancellations by the Client

Cancellations made more than 8 weeks before the start date: the balance paid (minus the booking fee) will be refunded.

Cancellations made less than 8 weeks before the start date: no refunds will be issued.
Cancellations by the Company
If an instructor is unable to attend due to illness or circumstances beyond the Company’s control, the workshop may proceed with a replacement instructor of similar profile. If no replacement can be arranged, the Company will issue a full refund.
Minimum Enrollment Clause
If, six (6) weeks prior to the scheduled start date of a workshop, less than seventy percent (70%) of the available places have been booked, we reserve the right to cancel the workshop. In such case, all participants who have already registered will receive a full refund of the amounts paid.
Insurance
The Client is responsible for arranging their own travel and health insurance, including cover for cancellation, medical emergencies, personal belongings, and liability. The Company’s insurance does not extend to participants.
Liability

The Company is not liable for loss, damage, injury, or delays caused by force majeure (including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, illness, or transport disruptions).

The use of facilities or equipment is at the Client’s own risk.

Personal belongings are the responsibility of the Client at all times.
Conduct and Property
Participants are expected to respect the venue, its facilities, and other attendees. Any damage caused by negligence will be charged to the Client. Smoking is not permitted inside venues.
Accessibility
Due to the nature of the venues, workshops may not be fully accessible for persons with reduced mobility. Please contact us in advance with specific needs.
Governing Law
This contract shall be governed exclusively by Spanish law, and any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Málaga, Spain.
